Today we chat with Heather, a mom of four from Minnesota who has a background in Early Childhood Education. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for her district's school board. She discusses her reasons for leaving public school, Social Emotional Learning and what that has become, and how we should be viewing the role of educator in our child's life as an amazing privilege.
Heather explains to us the single most important factor when it comes to our child's success. We also talk about how this time we have with our children under our care is such a short window, however, it is the MOST impactful.
